.
“ THE DEAF ART CLUB " FOUNDING PROJECT

1.INTRODUCTION :

In many developed countries, deaf and hard of hearing people are given the same education and opportunities as normal ones and consequently they can make valuable contributions to society. Unfortunately this is not the same in Viet Nam where deaf and hard of hearing people are disadvantaged in education and employment. They frequently leave school unable to adequately express themselves and participate fully in the work-force.
The Deaf Art Club will assist with vocational education for deaf and hard of hearing children and adults so that they can fully participate in all aspects of Vietnamese society. The Deaf Art Club will provide an opportunity for talented deaf and hard of hearing persons to develop their artistic ability, thereby they may fully express themselves and their creativity. Then, of course, it is hoped that the most talented ones will be enable to become professional visual artists.

  1. Gọi là "chỉ có trong mơ ước" vì đã hình thành 2 cái CLB rồi... Mà những con người chịu trách nhiệm chỉ có cái "lòng lơn" và cái đầu óc "heo"...
